What you will do

• Partner across Talent Acquisition and key stakeholders to deliver process improvement initiatives that increase consistency, speed, and accountability.
• Support optimization of hirify.global’s recruiting tools and workflows, improving adoption and consistency.
• Own Talent Operations knowledge management and communications, maintaining playbooks and process documentation.
• Own and scale hirify.global’s structured interviewing and interviewer enablement system.
• Enable interviewers, recruiters, and sourcers through training, playbooks, and process/tool fluency.
• Design and scale structured interviewing programs (competencies, rubrics, scorecards) and deliver hiring manager/interviewer training.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting, and/or program, change, or project management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A demonstrated ability to think creatively and build programs from the ground up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A data-driven approach to problem solving.
• Adaptability and a growth mindset.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
