Salary: $185,000-250,500 (Bay Area California); $166,000-224,500 (Southern California)

What you will do

  • Administer and manage the Benefits Enrollment System, including configuration and carrier integrations.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the Annual Open Enrollment period.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for FSA & HSA programs, managing vendors and ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct advanced data analytics and rigorous audits for data accuracy across systems.
  • Optimize benefits delivery lifecycle by automating tasks and improving data accuracy.
  • Serve as a technical bridge between Payroll, HR, Benefits Strategy, Finance, and external vendors.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Benefits Administration, HRIS, or Benefits Consulting with a heavy focus on health and welfare delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA, COBRA, Section 125 regulations, and ACA reporting requirements.
  • Expert level in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Data Modeling.
  • English: B2 required.
