People Systems & Programs Manager (AI): Designing and implementing scalable People infrastructure and programs with an accent on compensation frameworks, career leveling, and performance cycles. Location: Remote (US - San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Flexible vacation and benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations also provided for EU and UK team members.

Salary: $150,000 - $215,000

What you will do

  • Develop and roll out core people programs, including compensation bands, career ladders, performance review cycles, and onboarding.
  • Design and implement a unified, AI-first People tech strategy, moving away from fragmented systems.
  • Proactively identify and automate manual people processes to increase efficiency.
  • Document all People workflows, ensuring transparency and scalability.
  • Lead project lifecycle and change management across cross-functional stakeholders for program delivery.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track organizational health and key People metrics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a key builder in a high-growth tech environment, scaling systems through the 500 and 1,000 employee mark.
  • Expert at mapping complex workflows, auditing tech stacks, and building frameworks from scratch.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-native tools and agents to solve traditional HR problems.
  • Strong documentation and program management skills.
  • A bias for action and strong execution skills, partnering with stakeholders to implement programs successfully.
