Account Executive, New Logo (EMEA/DACH): Driving new revenue within large, complex enterprise accounts by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close with an accent on engaging with technical stakeholders and navigating complex technical discussions. Location: Must be based in London and will cover the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) sales territory.
Salary: £218,034 OTE (On-Target Earnings) including commission.

What you will do
- Own and manage the full sales cycle for new enterprise customers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for large, matrixed accounts.
- Engage with software engineers and architects to position Temporal solutions effectively.
- Navigate complex technical discussions and align capabilities with customer needs.
- Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prospects.
- Partner with internal teams (customer success, solutions architecture, product) for seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record.
- Proven track record of selling to software engineers and technical decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in navigating and closing deals within large, matrixed enterprise organizations.
- Experience driving high-growth sales motions and scaling revenue within enterprise accounts.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Exceptional relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with cutting-edge developer tools, infrastructure products, or OSS monetization.
- Familiarity with consumption-based sales models.
- German language proficiency is a plus.
