Location: Remote from the UK or Germany, or based in the London or Munich offices, as part of an EMEA Sales Team. You choose whether to work entirely from home, in one of our offices or a mix that suits you.

What you will do

  • Generate and drive new business opportunities through prospecting and networking within a specific sales region or named accounts.
  • Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with senior-level executives to demonstrate business value.
  • Own all aspects of the sales process, from building pipeline and detailed discovery to closing contracts.
  • Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Coordinate with solutions consultants to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and align with business goals.
  • Prepare new proposals, value-based business cases, derive pricing, negotiate commercial terms, and work with legal to close contracts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the SaaS space.
  • Proven experience selling high-value e-commerce solutions to retailers and brands in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven and consistent track record of hitting quota.
  • Experience engaging with various buyer personas and key decision-makers (Digital, CX, E-commerce, Marketing) and C-level executives.
  • Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification and value selling methodology.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication in English.

Nice to have

  • Prior IC experience within Martech and/or logistics tech.
  • Senior e-commerce and marketing contacts at high-growth retailers and brands.
  • Additional languages such as German, Italian, French, or Spanish.
  • Prior experience working in a start-up/scale-up stage technology company.
