What you will do
- Refresh and maintain audience strategy, market trends, and competitive landscape, working with research and acquisition teams.
- Develop new brand vision and architecture for the business and map to all customer touchpoints.
- Oversee creative development and advertising processes.
- Develop and oversee execution of integrated go-to-market plans across owned, paid, and earned channels with clear priorities and KPIs.
- Build out a brand and integrated marketing infrastructure, including operating model, and lead a high-performing team.
- Work with the PR team on press releases, media outreach, and content strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a progressive leadership role within integrated or brand marketing.
- Experience within financial services / consumer banking preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful cross-channel campaigns with measurable business results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage marketing budgets.
- Experience managing and developing a team of marketing professionals and working in a regulatory environment.
