TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Canada): Managing and growing a client portfolio, driving revenue growth, and achieving organizational quotas with an accent on regional sales strategy implementation and execution. Focus on exceeding territory growth, maintaining a healthy partner ecosystem, and increasing market share in the EMM space.

Location: This is an onsite role in Mississauga, Canada, at the Meadowvale Office (HQ).

What you will do

  • Exceed territory growth, revenue quota, organizational health, and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Grow and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to drive sales, technology adoption, and increase hirify.global’s market share.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers using solid arguments.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to management.
  • Design and execute hirify.global’s regional sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven sales experience, with 3+ years of regional sales experience and a proven track record in technology sales.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
