Salary: $85,000–$255,000 annually (base, commission eligible)

What you will do
- Articulate the value of the hirify.global platform to decision makers and manage complex sales cycles.
- Nurture and develop relationships within assigned territory/accounts, presenting to the C-suite.
- Work with Partner and Marketing teams to support prospecting and sales efforts.
- Generate sales development activity to ensure healthy pipeline management.
- Accurately forecast and maintain SFDC hygiene.
- Conduct online webinars or in-person presentations to generate qualified leads.
Requirements
- Significant enterprise software sales experience, closing large and complex software transactions.
- Strong team mentality, managing virtual resources for complex sales cycles.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Experience calling on and presenting to C-Suite level contacts.
- Background building relationships with partner ecosystems for a partner-centric go-to-market approach.
- Ability to evangelize and build new business opportunities within assigned territory/accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
