Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + annual variable $25,000 - $35,000

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching and growth opportunities.
  • Drive client relationships through renewals, upsells, and value expansion.
  • Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, monitoring performance and growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Service Delivery teams for client solutions.
  • Leverage data and KPIs to guide decision-making and measure success.
  • Continuously improve workflows to increase efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in account management or client services within a digital marketing agency.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams.
  • 2+ years managing private equity portfolios or leading strategic accounts.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing strategy and performance channels.
