What you will do
- Prospect relentlessly to build new district relationships through outbound outreach and local presence.
- Lead consultative first meetings to uncover district needs and generate excitement for math education.
- Own growth in ambiguous problems, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects across sales, operations, and product with high strategic impact.
- Partner with senior sales leaders and Math Success Managers to close transformational deals.
- Represent hirify.global at conferences, host local events, and build brand presence.
Requirements
- Sales experience, ideally in education (New York), or a proven track record in fast-paced environments like investment banking or consulting.
- Competitive drive, resilience, and strong relationship-building instincts.
- Entrepreneurial energy and comfort with ambiguity and a "blank-page" mindset.
- Curiosity about education and willingness to learn pedagogy while selling.
- Willingness to travel ~50%.
