Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base salary

What you will do

  • Prospect relentlessly to build new district relationships through outbound outreach and local presence.
  • Lead consultative first meetings to uncover district needs and generate excitement for math education.
  • Own growth in ambiguous problems, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional projects across sales, operations, and product with high strategic impact.
  • Partner with senior sales leaders and Math Success Managers to close transformational deals.
  • Represent hirify.global at conferences, host local events, and build brand presence.

Requirements

  • Sales experience, ideally in education (New York), or a proven track record in fast-paced environments like investment banking or consulting.
  • Competitive drive, resilience, and strong relationship-building instincts.
  • Entrepreneurial energy and comfort with ambiguity and a "blank-page" mindset.
  • Curiosity about education and willingness to learn pedagogy while selling.
  • Willingness to travel ~50%.
