What you will do
- Own and optimize end-to-end sales funnel metrics, forecasting, and pipeline health.
- Design, continuously improve, and maintain CRM architecture and data integrity.
- Implement workflows and automation to enhance sales execution efficiency.
- Generate insights and data-driven recommendations for pricing, segmentation, and GTM strategy.
- Act as a key liaison across Sales, Marketing, and Finance for data alignment and planning cycles.
- Drive adoption of sales tools and processes through training and documentation.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling predictable revenue engines in a sales operations context.
- Expertise in end-to-end funnel metrics, forecasting, and pipeline health reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM architecture design, data integrity, and automation.
- Strong analytical skills to turn data into strategic recommendations (pricing, GTM).
- Ability to align cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) on key definitions and data.
