What you will do
- Deliver a strong first experience for newly approved SME customers.
- Understand each customer’s business model and payment needs.
- Drive increased and sustained card spend through proactive outbound calls.
- Manage a high-volume portfolio and prioritising opportunities effectively.
- Make 35–40 outbound calls per day to decision-makers.
- Work towards clear spend and activation targets, with performance tracked weekly.
Requirements
- Experience in phone-based sales, account management, or customer activation.
- Enjoy working to clear targets and KPIs and can evidence past results.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and finance professionals.
- Commercially curious and able to ask good questions.
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by progression and performance.
- Able to think on your feet and adapt your approach based on the customer.
