Location: Cobourg, ON, Canada with up to 40% travel.

What you will do

  • Drive business within hirify.global’s Canadian channel sales team.
  • Establish and maintain strategic accounts within assigned client verticals.
  • Identify and develop high-potential targets aligned with hirify.global’s markets or Smart Building Solutions.
  • Coordinate all aspects of proposing and delivering customer outcomes to target clients.
  • Engage with the Field Sales Team to develop effective Channel Strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Line Management to maximize volume.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant sales and technical experience in similar or adjacent markets.
  • Consistent track record of sales leadership and account/revenue development in the network cabling industry.
  • In-depth sales experience within a channel sales environment.
  • Capability in presenting solutions to customers, solid grasp of large channel organizations and integrated solution-selling.
  • Experience speaking to C-Suite Executives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
