Location: In-office in one of hirify.global's US hub offices (Austin, San Francisco, New York), 3-5 days a week during the 12-week summer internship (May-August).

What you will do

  • Automate executive-level reports on M&A integration progress.
  • Build tactical solutions for automating action item tracking and status updates.
  • Utilize AI tools to organize and retrieve critical information from past meeting notes and deal documents.
  • Document technical requirements and process maps for automated workflows.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
  • Available for a full-time 12-week internship from May-August, working 3-5 days a week from a US hub office (Austin, San Francisco, or New York).
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a "figure it out" mentality.
  • Practical experience with LLM interfaces (like Gemini or NotebookLM) or automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical writing skills for technical documentation.
  • Proven ability to manage projects autonomously from concept to functional solution.
