Location: On-site. Candidates are expected to be based at our Barcelona, Boston or Toronto office. Must have (or be able to obtain) work authorization in one of our office locations. Relocation support provided (temporary housing and travel).

What you will do

• Implement agent tool integrations and workflow orchestration for Lemma
• Build benchmarking, testing, and evaluation infrastructure for AI agents
• Support experiments on tool use, agent performance, and workflow reliability
• Contribute to engineering foundations for robust, measurable agentic systems
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to turn ideas into internal capabilities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree preferred in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with LLMs and tool-use patterns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a team and dynamic, fast-paced setting
