What you will do

• Design and deploy agent-driven workflows that directly impact revenue generation, conversion, and onboarding speed.
• Own the architecture and performance of the multi-agent system, including OpenClaw, Claude Code, and internal tooling.
• Build evaluation systems to measure success rates, failure modes, and reliability of AI outputs.
• Redesign agent workflows to ensure core processes execute reliably end-to-end without manual intervention.
• Lead and scale a small team of 2-3 engineers, including DevOps, while remaining hands-on in the codebase.
• Implement system-wide reporting on agent performance and human intervention to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with experience shipping production systems.
• Experience working with AI systems, LLMs, or automation in real-world environments.
• Proven ability to debug complex systems and improve overall reliability.
• Ability to work directly in code and system architecture.
• Must be based in San Francisco.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
