What you will do

  • Own partner and customer experience, uncovering opportunities and advancing deals.
  • Lead joint sales execution with partners, including prospecting, co-selling, and end-user meetings.
  • Build and execute data-driven sales plans, track pipeline, and forecast accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch high-impact initiatives and drive demand.
  • Run sales presentations and enablement sessions for partners to articulate solution value.
  • Manage channel conflict and expand market footprint through go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in channel sales or business development within the fleet telematics industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles with partners and end users.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in building and executing account plans and forecasting.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas through direct and partner-driven sales models.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
