Account Executive II (Government Relations): Selling and expanding hirify.global's products and services to existing and new clients within Local and Federal Governments with an accent on building senior-level relationships and identifying valuable solutions. Focus on driving revenue growth through retention, win-back, cross-sell, and up-sell of opportunities, while consistently meeting sales targets.

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $123,100–$206,800 a year, plus commission eligibility

What you will do

  • Build strong relationships at senior levels and throughout assigned Government clients.
  • Identify opportunities by providing valuable solutions across D&B data and services.
  • Lead account planning activities with team leader and sales support members.
  • Meet and exceed overall sales targets through the retention and growth of assigned accounts.
  • Generate new business through new client identification and expanding existing relationships.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate data in SFDC to support territory, account planning, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of prior experience in a government and/or enterprise level SaaS, consulting, or services sales role.
  • Impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, managing client relationships, and exceeding annual quotas.
  • Ability to rapidly assess client environments from business process, organizational, and technological perspectives.
  • Demonstrable track record in managing complex government sales and multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-leading sales methodology, Salesforce.com, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word.
  • Willingness to travel beyond city limits for business interests.
