TL;DR

Channel Account Manager (Federal): Driving sales and profitability through federal channel partners by identifying, engaging, and onboarding prospects. Focus on developing FED-specific channel strategies, navigating complex sales cycles, and fostering strong partner relationships within the public sector.

Location: Flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, OR, TX, or VA. Physical offices are available in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL for hybrid option. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Salary: For roles based in California or Colorado, the base salary hiring range for this position is $00,000 to $00,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard prospective FED-focused channel partners.
  • Develop and execute a FED-specific channel strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with public sector sales teams to achieve business goals and quotas.
  • Articulate the value of hirify.global’s Partner Program and demonstrate the product to key FED stakeholders.
  • Manage a regional plan and forecast for your territory.
  • Stay informed on FED procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements to assist partners.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience working with FED Channel Partners, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Distributors, or Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Experience working with public sector procurement processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to proactively and independently identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills with the ability to empathize with FED customers’ unique challenges.
  • Proven experience influencing senior-level executives and procurement officials within the FED ecosystem.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS partnerships.
