Location: Flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, OR, TX, or VA. Physical offices are available in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL for hybrid option. This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and onboard prospective FED-focused channel partners.
- Develop and execute a FED-specific channel strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with public sector sales teams to achieve business goals and quotas.
- Articulate the value of hirify.global’s Partner Program and demonstrate the product to key FED stakeholders.
- Manage a regional plan and forecast for your territory.
- Stay informed on FED procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements to assist partners.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience working with FED Channel Partners, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Distributors, or Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Experience working with public sector procurement processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to proactively and independently identify and qualify opportunities.
- Polished verbal and written communication skills with the ability to empathize with FED customers’ unique challenges.
- Proven experience influencing senior-level executives and procurement officials within the FED ecosystem.
