What you will do
- Drive new business and revenue growth within DOE headquarters, program offices, and national laboratories.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and execute strategic account plans aligned with DOE priorities.
- Coordinate closely with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP) and system integrators to ensure successful deployment and integration.
- Provide detailed market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams.
- Take a leadership role in growing DOE presence while maintaining hands-on engagement with key accounts.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure coordinated delivery of commitments and appropriate documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with at least 5 years selling into the U.S. Department of Energy and/or the national laboratory complex.
- Deep understanding of DOE's organizational structure, mission areas, and technology modernization priorities.
- Experience navigating DOE procurement processes, including lab-specific contracting mechanisms.
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in the federal civilian or DOE space.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across all levels, from researchers to senior agency leadership.
- English: B2 required.
