What you will do

• Set the vision and strategy for carrier distributed products, including packaging, modularity, and long-term platform bets.
• Define the roadmap across distribution experiences, underwriting, servicing, data, and admin tooling.
• Drive prioritization between reusable roadmap investments and carrier-driven needs.
• Create a multi-tenant and configurable product foundation with entitlements, feature flags, and customization patterns.
• Establish release, migration, and backward compatibility practices for seamless carrier adoption of improvements.
• Lead discovery with carrier distribution leaders to translate needs into product capabilities like quoting flows and application UX.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Engineering experience for a Product team, including ownership of complex B2B SaaS or product platforms.
• 5+ years leading technical teams or multiple Engineering managers through multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to build configurable products for enterprise customers with clear boundaries for customization.
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking to turn partner requirements into scalable primitives and modules.
• Comfort operating across technical and commercial stakeholders, including enterprise customers and executive leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including product strategy docs and executive updates.
