Location: Remote in the United States or in one of our US hub offices (San Francisco, New York)

Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 USD

  • Manage and support a team of experienced engineers to drive design systems usage.
  • Partner with product and design leadership to set team strategy and roadmap.
  • Provide technical leadership, supporting decisions and growth of team members.
  • Build a collaborative culture through mentorship and shaping team practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of engineering management experience, including 2+ years of manager of manager experience.
  • 8+ years of product engineering experience.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping beloved, high-quality products.
  • Deep passion for design craft and usability.
  • Must be located remotely in the United States or in one of our US hub offices.

Nice to have

  • Experience building in especially complex product spaces, focusing on simplicity and usability.
