What you will do

• Establish the architectural vision and engineering strategy across products.
• Lead and grow an engineering organization capable of executing across multiple product lines.
• Drive decisions on platform modularization, infrastructure, data, reliability, and integrations.
• Oversee new product launches and lead existing product feature development.
• Own engineering excellence in velocity, reliability, architecture, security, and quality.
• Recruit and coach backend, frontend, and other engineering talent.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience building and scaling engineering teams in high-growth SaaS.
• 3+ years in leadership and people management.
• Demonstrated architectural leadership in complex, integrated environments.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Product, GTM, and Customers.
