What you will do

• Set vision, strategy, and roadmap for carrier distributed products, including packaging and modularity.
• Define and drive prioritization across reusable roadmap investments and carrier-driven needs.
• Create a multi-tenant and configurable product foundation with clear release and migration practices.
• Establish the operational model, including support readiness and incident management interfaces.
• Lead discovery with carriers to translate channel realities into product capabilities like quoting flows and application UX.
• Manage and develop product managers and product leaders as the team scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Engineering experience for a Product team, including ownership of complex B2B SaaS or product platforms.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or multiple Engineering Managers through multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to build configurable products for enterprise customers, with clear boundaries for customization.
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking to turn partner requirements into scalable primitives.
• Comfort operating across technical and commercial stakeholders, including enterprise customers and executive leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including product strategy documents and executive updates.
