Director of Strategic Accounts

Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA

Salary: $95,000–$285,000 annual base salary, plus commission eligible.

What you will do

• Articulate the value of the hirify.global platform to decision makers and expertly manage complex sales cycles.
• Nurture and develop C-suite relationships within assigned territories and/or accounts.
• Collaborate with Partner and Marketing teams to define and support prospecting and sales efforts.
• Generate appropriate sales development activity for healthy pipeline management and accurately forecast using SFDC.
• Conduct online webinars or in-person presentations to generate qualified leads.
• Travel as needed.

Requirements

• Significant enterprise software sales experience, generating and closing large and complex software transactions.
• A strong team mentality, managing and using virtual resources for sales cycles.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota.
• Experience calling on and presenting to C-Suite level contacts.
• Background building and cultivating relationships with partner ecosystems.
• The ability to evangelize and build new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English: B2 required
