Location: This role is located in either Austin, TX, New York, NY or Seattle, WA.

Salary: $297,000–$363,000 (for Seattle, WA and New York City based hires).

What you will do

  • Define and implement Go-To-Market strategies and integrated campaigns with partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to align roadmaps, identify co-innovation opportunities, and launch joint solutions.
  • Create internal playbooks and train hirify.global's direct sales force and channel partners on joint solutions.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships within partner organizations to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Set and track revenue targets, pipeline metrics, and KPIs for partner-driven initiatives.
  • Develop and own multi-year business plans for assigned technology alliance partners.

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor Degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in Technology Alliance Partnerships, with 5+ years leading Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Proven ability to drive GTM success with large global alliances.
  • Experience in the Technology sector, specifically with network and/or cybersecurity vendors.
  • Strong executive presence, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
