Location: New York City, hybrid

Salary: $127,000–$159,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Ads, and Google Search.
• Identify opportunities for campaign improvement, innovation, and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Media Operations, Campaign Strategy, Go-to-Market, and Acquisition teams.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of paid search specialists.
• Oversee creative requests, asset trafficking, and campaign quality assurance.
• Manage annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets across platforms and tactics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of digital marketing experience.
• 5+ years managing and executing paid search channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Experience driving measurable business results in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical approach with a foundational understanding of data and performance methodologies.

Nice to have

• Mobile app marketing experience.
• Knowledge of sports and gaming business and culture.
