Associate Account Executive (SaaS/PaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 base, with $120,000 - $150,000 OTE.

What you will do

• Identify new business opportunities within the top competitor customer base and close deals.
• Engage with senior-level executives to develop positive relationships and identify prospect needs.
• Turn client feedback into meaningful strategies to drive new business and address competitive risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, Account Management, and Project Management, to ensure seamless implementation and effective ongoing account growth.
• Engage with channel partners and subject matter specialists to drive sales opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with demand generation and marketing teams to cultivate pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative/Sales Development Representative in SaaS/PaaS.
• Experience exceeding quotas.
• Strong sales/client origination experience, preferably with CMS / DXP / MarTech experience.
• Experience negotiating large strategic deals including all phases of client development.
• Experience and know-how to work in a start-up, fast-paced technology environment.
