TL;DR

Customer Success Manager I: Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure success and satisfaction with an accent on understanding customer goals, identifying growth plans, and expanding their footprint within hirify.global’s services. Focus on account health assessment, problem escalation, and data collection for product improvement.

Location: On-site in Lehi, Utah. Must be authorized and based in the United States.

Salary: $52,000–$68,000 a year

What you will do

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and growth plans to expand service usage.
  • Escalate issues to internal stakeholders for appropriate support.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess account health and identify red flags.
  • Maintain customer data in the company CRM.
  • Collect customer feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated track record of decreasing churn and increasing revenue.
  • Proven ability to work unsupervised or as a team member.
  • A self-starter with initiative, drive, and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Must be authorized and based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working in shipping and logistics.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Zendesk.
