What you will do
- Lead strategic, customer, and market research from design to implementation for executives and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Product, Design, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to guide decision-making.
- Inform data-driven strategies, support long-term planning, and advise on growth opportunities or risk mitigation.
- Build insights fluency and customer obsession through education initiatives and scalable research systems.
- Facilitate a wide variety of research methods with customers, prospective customers, and external experts.
- Share research findings and ensure implementation using advanced storytelling and presentation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to execute significant research projects end-to-end, likely with 5+ years of experience in a UX, market, or strategic research role.
- Highly skilled at stakeholder management and leading cross-functional projects, especially with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in a range of research methods, particularly qualitative and mixed methods.
- Comfortable turning amorphous business and product challenges into specific research questions research can answer.
- Excellent oral, written, and visual communicator, with the ability to focus research storytelling on the data’s potential impact.
- Work format: Hybrid, based in the New York City Office.

- Prior in-house experience strongly preferred.
- Background in service design or systems thinking strongly preferred.
