What you will do

• Own end-to-end group practice experience from discovery and onboarding to supervisory billing, packaging, and performance tracking.
• Drive supervisory billing product from early stages to nationwide rollout across all 50 states.
• Design for admins and owners with bulk workflows, role-based views, multi-provider management, and practice analytics.
• Adapt platform launches like packaging and identity verification for group practice needs.
• Use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and MagicPatterns for planning, prototyping, and iteration.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to translate insights into design decisions.
• Contribute to design system and share AI practices with the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years product design experience designing multi-user systems with different roles and permissions
• 0→1 product experience launching new product lines or scaling from concept
• Business builder mindset connecting design to revenue models and outcomes
• Experience designing platforms or marketplaces balancing segment needs with consistency
• Strong visual and interaction design for growth surfaces and operational workflows
• Comfort partnering with Sales and CS stakeholders
• Proficiency with AI prototyping tools (Claude Code, Cursor, MagicPatterns)
