What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of fashion brand, retail, and technology partners, ensuring each partnership is well-supported and delivering mutual value.
• Create clear workback schedules and launch plans for each partner integration or campaign, coordinating cross-functional teams and partner stakeholders.
• Evaluate partners’ technical integration requirements, determining whether an integration will require a custom solution.
• Facilitate seamless partner integrations by working closely with hirify.global’s product and engineering teams.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities across the fashion, AI, and e-commerce ecosystem, negotiating partnership agreements.
• Monitor partnership performance metrics and outcomes, working with partners to optimize results and drive revenue and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or account management roles, preferably at high-growth tech or e-commerce companies.
• Deep understanding of online retail platforms and commerce technology stacks, especially Shopify and related e-commerce tools.
• Proven ability to create and execute detailed project plans or workback schedules for complex initiatives.
• Ability to quickly grasp technical integration concepts and constraints, including APIs, SDKs, and third-party software connectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building trust with external partners and collaborating with internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
