What you will do
- Define Spitfire Audio's brand vision, positioning, and customer narrative within the hirify.global brand architecture.
- Lead integrated go-to-market campaigns across content, social, CRM, partnerships, PR, and site merchandising.
- Drive acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention journeys across the funnel.
- Translate product and AI innovation into compelling, creator-centric value propositions.
- Manage and develop the Spitfire Audio GTM organization, including creative, product marketing, and CRM teams.
- Act as a senior strategic marketing leader across Spitfire Audio and hirify.global Instruments, guiding GTM trade-offs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership (brand, growth, product marketing, or integrated GTM), ideally in creative software, music tech, SaaS, or digital products.
- Demonstrated success leading GTM strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing multi-layered teams.
- Strong brand leadership experience, ideally with premium, creator-led brands.
- Deep understanding of creator workflows (composers, producers), with virtual instruments familiarity preferred.
- Highly data-driven and metrics-literate, with strong strategic judgment and prioritization skills.
