What you will do
- Define and execute Datagrid’s go-to-market strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Architect and implement a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, optimizing the user journey from sign-up to paid customer.
- Build and manage multi-channel campaigns for demand generation, including digital, content, SEO/SEM, email, and events.
- Position Datagrid as the leader in the AI Agent category, crafting a compelling brand narrative and consistent messaging.
- Lead the creation of high-value content and define product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for new features.
- Implement systems to rigorously track marketing performance, owning the marketing funnel from MQLs to revenue with data-driven insights.
- Foster alignment with Sales and Product teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and inform the product roadmap.
- Take ownership of the marketing budget, GTM planning, and pipeline forecasting to meet company revenue targets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS/tech marketing experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions in a high-growth environment.
- Expert in Product-Led Growth (PLG), with demonstrated experience in strategies driving user acquisition, activation, and monetization.
- Data-driven and metric-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving marketing pipeline goals and exceeding revenue objectives.
- Deep experience across demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, and brand strategy for a cohesive approach.
- Strong leadership and influence, with excellent people management skills to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
- Hands-on and strategic, comfortable setting high-level strategy while also executing campaigns and writing copy.
- Tech-savvy with a genuine passion for AI and automation, excited by marketing technical products and creating new categories.
- Proficiency with modern marketing stacks, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and analytics platforms.
