What you will do

• Provide strategic direction to transform business challenges into creative opportunities and ensure commercial impact.
• Write clear creative propositions and compelling briefs that inspire high-quality creative work.
• Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, campaign strategies, and communication architectures.
• Own the strategic quality across accounts, applying structured thinking and communications frameworks.
• Actively contribute to the growth and financial success of accounts, identifying upstream opportunities and cross-selling capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with senior clients and C-suite stakeholders, managing complexity in matrix organizations.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of strategic planning/brand strategy experience, ideally across multiple sectors.
• Proven track record of developing strategies with creative excellence and commercial results.
• Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of consumer insights and brand building.
• Confidence with research design, interpretation, and use (qual & quant).
• Understanding of digital, social, CRM, and emerging channels.
• Ability to distil complexity into clarity and bring imagination to problem-solving.
