Location: Hybrid work environment with offices in Livingston, NJ, New York, NY, Sunnyvale, CA, and Bellevue, WA. Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, but quarterly team gatherings are expected. Must be a U.S. person due to export control regulations.

Salary: $143,000–$210,000

What you will do

• Own partner narrative frameworks aligned with hirify.global platform positioning and key pillars.
• Create partner-ready messaging kits for priority partners, including joint solution framing and proof assets.
• Manage PMM packaging for major partner moments, coordinating with PR/AR and internal stakeholders.
• Reduce partner narrative drift by establishing a clear "approved co-messaging" system and refresh cadence.
• Support campaign pods when campaigns are partner-inclusive, owning co-messaging alignment and asset packaging.
• Build scalable enablement for partner-led selling, explaining hirify.global and relevant motions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, or product marketing with a strong partner GTM component.
• Proven track record in building joint value propositions and scalable partner GTM programs.
• Comfortable marketing technical platforms for both technical buyers and business stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across BD, PMM, Sales Enablement, and Comms.
• Excellent writing and messaging craft, able to simplify complex partnerships.
• Able to use modern AI-assisted tools and workflows to increase speed and consistency.
• Must be a U.S. person to conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to export controlled information.
