What you will do
- Support internal teams and customers with configuration validation, solution design, and technical guidance during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Assist in creating sales plays and lifecycle management processes through data collection and analysis.
- Deliver product presentations and consult on hardware/software upgrades to enhance customer systems.
- Participate in account planning and expansion of product portfolios with existing customers.
- Lead simple solution designs and support system configurations, feature adoption, and demos.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively resolving support cases and providing tailored performance solutions.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the technology industry or a similar field.
- Strong customer interaction skills and high-volume phone presence.
- Passion for technology, quick learning ability for new systems, and capability to deliver technical product and architecture presentations.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks.
- English and German language (fluent).
Nice to have
- Comfortable using tools like Salesforce.com.
- Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, etc.), VMware, Windows, UNIX, and network environments.
