What you will do
- Develop and refine discount policies.
- Manage and analyze product and regional performance based on effective discounts.
- Develop metrics and forecast the impact of future discounting.
- Conduct performance analysis for sales roles and functions, including price sensitivity.
- Prepare regular reports on plan implementation, goal achievement, and win-loss analyses.
- Collaborate closely with commercial unit leaders to recommend and implement pricing policy changes.
Requirements
- Expertise in managing discount provisioning and changes.
- Strong ability to collaborate with commercial unit leaders.
- Proficiency in preparing analytical reports and win-loss analyses.
- Familiarity with financial or operational discounts.
Nice to have
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (functions and pivot tables).
