What you will do

• Manage existing merchant relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries related to payment solutions and terminal deployment.
• Guide merchants through onboarding and facilitate migrations between payment platforms.
• Coordinate terminal exchanges and replacements, providing technical support.
• Proactively engage with merchants to understand needs and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams and assist in generating reports to track merchant activities.

Requirements

• Experience in sales support or customer service, preferably within the payment and banking solutions industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Czech.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
