Sales Development Representative (MENA Region): Developing new markets and early-stage opportunities for B2B customers in the MENA region with an accent on tailored cold outreach, relationship management, and managing the full sales cycle for smaller accounts. Focus on generating new business opportunities through multi-channel prospecting, engaging existing customers, and ensuring CRM data accuracy.

Location: Must be based in Limassol, Paphos (Cyprus) or Prague (Czech Republic), with frequent travel to the MENA region required.

What you will do

  • Develop new markets and early-stage opportunities, focusing on smaller accounts and under-penetrated customer segments in MENA.
  • Engage B2B customers through tailored cold outreach, relationship management, and networking.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Generate new business opportunities via inbound and outbound prospecting across multiple channels (email, phone, social, events, campaigns).
  • Nurture accounts, build familiarity and trust with technical and business stakeholders, and drive pipeline through consistent activity.
  • Keep CRM data accurate, structured, and up-to-date, tracking activities, engagement signals, and qualification outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a customer-facing IT role with a proven track record.
  • Fluent English is a must; Arabic is a plus.
  • Competent communication skills and comfort engaging with technical audiences across multiple channels.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth orientation; adaptable to change.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales tooling.

Nice to have

  • Experience in DevOps, Distribution, or high-growth startup environments.
