TL;DR
Senior Revenue Operations Specialist (B2B SaaS): Acts as the operational backbone for Sales & Business Development, owning operating cadences, architecting core processes, and coordinating initiatives to improve selling and pipeline generation. Focus on designing and optimizing Sales and BDR playbooks, translating data insights into operational actions, and ensuring the GTM tech stack supports profitable growth.
Location: Hybrid in Prague or Munich (minimum of 2-3 days a week from the office). Workcation for up to 90 days per year from any European country is possible.

What you will do
- Run operational cadences for Sales and Business Development (e.g., forecast, pipeline reviews).
- Design, document, and optimize Sales and BDR playbooks for revenue impact and growth.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to translate insights into operational actions.
- Work with the GTM Tools & Innovation team to optimize the GTM tech stack.
- Act as a trusted partner to Sales and Business Development leaders with operational recommendations.
- Stay updated on B2B SaaS Sales and BDR operations industry trends.
Requirements
- 2-3 years in Revenue or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS Sales and/or BDR operating cadences.
- Proven experience leading GTM initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Fluency in B2B SaaS metrics and funnel models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience operating across EMEA and US regions.
- Business fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience as account executive or Sales rep.
- Exposure to modern Sales and BDR tech stacks and curiosity for GTM innovation.
