Compensation: $137,500 – $238,500

What you will do

• Define high-impact AI product initiatives by addressing specific traveler and partner challenges.
• Rapidly prototype end-to-end AI experiences using LLMs, including prompt design and API integration.
• Operationalize new capabilities from PoC to production-scale features.
• Partner with cross-functional engineering, data science, and design teams on instrumentation and quality.
• Establish success metrics and experimentation frameworks for iterative product development.
• Promote an AI-first mindset and share best practices across internal product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of product management experience in consumer or platform products.
• Proven background working with AI, ML, or technically complex systems.
• Technical proficiency in system design, data flows, and technical tradeoffs.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and LLM evaluation ecosystems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Professional background in software engineering, data science, or ML.
• Experience in trustworthy AI (safety, bias, privacy, and failure-mode analysis).
• Track record of scaling frameworks or platforms across multiple teams.
