What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Utilize hirify.global's platform to create effective outreach.
  • Partner with SDRs to book and lead demos of the hirify.global platform.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and track performance against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Successful track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other hybrid working teams.
  • Willingness to accommodate prospects' earlier or later schedules (as APAC inbound is received).

Nice to have

  • Experience working for a Recruitment Technology company or selling to commercial/sales departments.
  • Experience working with sales cycles of around 20 - 60 days.
  • Previous recruiting experience.
