TL;DR

Account Executive (Recruitment Technology): Managing the full sales cycle for an AI Native Recruitment Productivity Platform with an accent on driving engagement, booking meetings, and achieving revenue targets. Focus on stakeholder management, pipeline tracking, and collaborating with SDRs and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer experience.

Location: Fully Remote (United States) with a preference for candidates based in Boston or Tampa.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle through to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Partner closely with SDRs to book and lead demos of the hirify.global platform.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and track performance against KPIs.
  • Engage in key stakeholder management (director level & above).
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to provide new customers a seamless experience.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years closing sales experience within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets consistently.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with distributed remote teams in a startup environment.
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Experience working for a Recruitment Technology company or selling to commercial/sales departments.
  • Experience working with sales cycles of around 30-90 days.
