Product Manager (Mobile Games)

Product Manager (Mobile Games): Building and growing partnerships with game developers worldwide, guiding them through the full lifecycle of game development from ideation to launch with an accent on sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding studios. Focus on securing the creation of innovative and engaging mobile games and collaborating cross-functionally as an end-to-end product owner.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland, with 3 days in office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a third day of choice).

What you will do

• Source, negotiate, and sign deals with gaming studios, focusing on CIS and Eastern European markets.
• Onboard and manage new partner studios, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Lead the full lifecycle of mobile game development, from ideation to launch.
• Conduct competitive analysis of the mobile gaming landscape to inform product roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and marketers as an end-to-end product owner.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product/project management within the mobile gaming industry.
• Hands-on experience managing negotiations and finalizing contractual agreements.
• Proven experience leading ideation and development of new mobile games/apps.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Russian language proficiency is required for working with CIS and Eastern European studios.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience managing gaming studios.
• Proven track record in driving successful planning, development, and launches of mobile games.
• Strong understanding of latest trends in mobile gaming.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
