What you will do

• Own and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement sequences.
• Identify and activate quick-win automation opportunities to improve funnel velocity and conversion.
• Coordinate with SDRs to provide campaign briefs, prospecting sequences, and ensure proper lead routing.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing & Events manager to turn events into full-funnel, multi-touch campaigns.
• Manage campaign calendars and project management boards.
• Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and share learnings with the Revenue Marketing team.

Requirements

• French expert, written and spoken.
• English proficiency required.
• 1-3 years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, campaign coordination, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM (Hubspot) and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset with a bias for execution and continuous improvement.
