What you will do

• Define hirify.global's unique social voice, creative direction, and platform-specific frameworks internationally.
• Design and implement an AI-powered agentic content workflow using LLMs and automation to scale production velocity.
• Own and execute the end-to-end organic social strategy for the French market.
• Reactivate and grow engaged communities on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Establish a rigorous measurement framework for brand awareness, UTM tracking, and social listening.

Requirements

• French: Native level with perfect written syntax.
• English: Fluent proficiency (working language).
• Experience building platform-specific organic social strategies from scratch.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and designing automated pipelines.
• Ability to translate social analytics into actionable editorial decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work from the listed cities in Belgium, France, or Spain.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish or Dutch.
