is building a prevention-focused health insurance product that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience.
What you will do
- Define 's global organic social media voice, creative direction, platform frameworks, personas, editorial pillars, and channel priorities.
- Own and execute the France organic social strategy across educational content, product storytelling, employer brand, community engagement, and campaign amplification.
- Coordinate social initiatives with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, and country teams, and align organic and paid efforts across Meta and YouTube.
- Design and operate an AI-powered, agentic content workflow using LLMs, image generation, and video automation.
- Build scalable content distribution systems covering publishing cadence, platform-specific formatting, timing, and scheduling.
- Establish social measurement frameworks and use performance data to guide editorial decisions and connect social activity to business outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience building platform-specific organic social strategies, editorial calendars, and measurement frameworks from scratch.
- Ability to produce social-first content autonomously across short video, carousels, static assets, and copy-led posts.
- Experience using AI content-creation tools and designing agentic production pipelines.
- Strong understanding of native content formats and audience behavior across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ability to interpret social analytics and convert insights into autonomous editorial decisions.
- French at native level with perfect written syntax and fluent English are required.
Nice to have
- Spanish or Dutch language skills.
- Experience owning organic social amplification for major brand campaigns with measurable reach and engagement results.
