An international and growing fintech company operating as an FCA-regulated EMI, providing acquiring services for merchants and working with a wide network of payment partners.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end partner relationships, including negotiations, commercials, onboarding, and ongoing performance.
  • Lead commercial discussions, pricing models, and contractual frameworks.
  • Source new acquiring routes and backup solutions to support market expansion.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Operations teams to align partner requirements.
  • Monitor partner KPIs, volumes, approval ratios, and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company in partner meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management within payments, acquiring, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of card acquiring, payment flows, schemes (Visa, Mastercard), and risk considerations.
  • Hands-on experience working with banks, PSPs, or payment processors.
  • Fluent English is required for communication with international clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
