What you will do

• Identify high-impact traveler and partner problems solvable by AI and translate them into actionable product initiatives.
• Rapidly prototype end-to-end AI product experiences using LLMs and API designs to validate value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver prototypes into production environments.
• Establish and monitor success metrics and experimentation plans to drive iterative product improvements.
• Operationalize new capabilities from AI platforms into concrete concepts, demos, and proofs-of-concept.
• Promote AI-first mindsets and share frameworks or best practices across product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience in consumer or platform products, including AI/ML systems.
• Demonstrated experience taking products from concept to scaled adoption.
• Technical proficiency in system design, data flows, and technical tradeoffs.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, API integration, and retrieval/RAG systems.

Nice to have

• Background in software engineering or machine learning.
• Track record of shipping LLM-powered user experiences like conversational agents or recommendations.
• Understanding of trustworthy AI principles, including safety, bias, privacy, and failure-mode analysis.
