Location: Flexible work model within the United States, with office presence in Seattle, San Jose, or San Francisco.

Salary: $149,000.00 – $208,500.00 (potential up to $238,500.00) annually.

What you will do

• Identify and define high-impact traveler and partner problems addressable by AI.
• Rapidly prototype end-to-end AI product experiences leveraging LLMs and available tools.
• Evaluate and operationalize new internal and external AI capabilities into product concepts.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver prototypes to production.
• Establish and monitor success metrics and experimentation plans for AI-powered features.
• Share product learnings, frameworks, and best practices across hirify.global product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience building consumer or platform products, including work with AI, ML, or technically complex systems.
• Demonstrated experience taking products from concept to scaled adoption.
• Technical proficiency working with engineering and data science/ML teams, including understanding of system design and data flows.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, API integration, retrieval/RAG, and basic evaluation of LLM behavior.

Nice to have

• Track record of building or shipping AI/LLM-powered user experiences.
• Background in software engineering, data science, or ML.
• Understanding of trustworthy AI principles (safety, bias, privacy).
• Experience developing frameworks, tools, or platforms that scale across multiple teams.
