What you will do
- Develop and implement business rhythm and processes for the SMB & Mid-Market segment of Domestic Revenue departments.
- Communicate and prepare documentation on revenue performance for leadership.
- Design and document key business processes within the Revenue segmentation, collaborating with BPM.
- Rapidly diagnose operational improvement opportunities and recommend initiatives.
- Collaborate with revenue leaders to automate or improve processes with revenue technology solutions.
- Define actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and lead successful implementation of change initiatives.
- Design and compile all needed KPIs/data points for reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with revenue operations in a SaaS company.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with Business-to-Business SaaS sales teams.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
- Strong Excel/Sheet/Slides knowledge.
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise software using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Ability to effectively communicate across organizations, geographies, and cultures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.
